in Events, Featured, Festival News

Middlelands just dropped their first-ever lineup, are you excited to be catching these epic acts in true medieval fashion?

Hear Ye, Hear Ye! The time has come for Insomniac Events and C3 Presents to unleash a lineup of medieval proportions upon the world. Today, the artist lineup for Middlelands 2017 was dropped for the masses, and my lord is it a house, bass, and hip-hop lovers dream! From May 5th to the 7th, the Texas State Renaissance Festival Fair Grounds will play host to this music festival for the first time ever. The Middle Ages-themed venue that spans 60-acres will feature five stages of music and plenty of unique sights and sounds over the weekend.

While the theme and venue alone for Middlelands may entice you, the list of massive names on the lineup will also make you squirm with excitement and begin your search for your suit of armor and sword! Some of the big names that are featured on the lineup include Alison Wonderland, Bassnectar, Bonobo (Live), Crystal Castles, Danny Brown, Galantis, Jurassic 5, Kaskade, Major Lazer, Marshmello, Phantogram, Rae Sremmurd, and Seven Lions. This, of course, comes with the support of rising acts as well, with newcomers Bonnie X Clyde, Aaron Jackson, Jerry Folk, and Ekali bringing some beats along as well.

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack.
