In honor of #TranceGiving, aka Dreamstate SoCal 2016, we want attendees to have the opportunity to get to know the talent who will be our “Trancegiving Tour Guides”. Each week, we will feature bio’s of four Dreamstate DJ’s as well as a set from one of their latest events or some recent releases so you can get to know them better. Transcendent:
To define “transcendent” one would say that it is something that is beyond or above the range of normal or merely physical human Experience. Our next Dreamstate DJ is a true mirror image of the word in the sense that everything she spins transcends listeners into a new dimension of sound. A sound that defines who she is an artist and musician. So who is the brilliant mind behind the name? LA’s own Krystal Ramirez aka Transcendent is a psy, uplift, and tech trance DJ/Producer that has paved her way in the scene since the early 2000’s. Yes my friends, she does it all. If its trance then she is all about it!
Active in the live event circuit, Transcendent has placed her magic touch on recent events such as the Garage Gallery in Los Angeles, Circuit LA, 420 Fest, Astrix & Friends Dreamstate Event at Belasco, Avalon, and Garden of Eden. In being a part of these events and as an integral part of the electronic dance music scene she has brushed elbows and took notes from some of the most beloved DJ/producers on the planet including Indecent Noise, Dan Stone, Mr. Brooks, Christopher Lawrence, Donald Glaude, Coming Soon!!!, Ace Ventura, Lady Faith, and Kristina Sky thus adding to her inspiration in the studio and driving her performances to the next level of trance insanity.

Transcendent is a true hometown hero. She is a beautiful example of why DJing is NOT simply a man’s world. Her sets ebb and flow with class and energy revealing her love for the trance genre with an in-depth understanding of what her fans want and need.
