Groove Cruise is the OG of the “Festival On A Ship” genre. This year they’re setting sail on a 5 day journey with 120 hours of non-stop music to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Maurizio Colella, is better known by his producer name EDX. Coming from both an Italian and Swiss background, EDX has a unique selection of influences that contribute to the sounds he produces. He’s both a global trotting DJ as well as a superstar producer. He has 2 albums to his credit, as well as countless singles and almost too many remixes to count. He also produces a weekly radio show on SiriusXM’s Electric Area titled #NoXcuses. 2016 has been an incredibly packed year for this house music guru. He started off the year with a star studded lineup for the “No Xcuses vs Enormous Tunes Tour“. Coming off the back of that he’s played everything from main stages at big name festivals, to packed clubs in places like Ibiza and Las Vegas. Get to know EDX next month on Groove Cruise Cabo!
