GAIA invites trance fans to experience the “Moons of Jupiter” at Amsterdam Dance Event!
Since experiencing Creamfields UK earlier this year, my travel fever has continued as I find myself preparing for yet another international adventure. This time my journey will be taking me to the massive endeavor that is Amsterdam Dance Event. With plans in motion to attend as many events as humanly possible, one event that is at the top of my list to attend is Gaia Presents Moons of Jupiter. This special event will take place on Wednesday, October 17 at Paradiso Amsterdam and the party will rage on until 5 AM.
My first thought when seeing the title of the event was “What do Moons of Jupiter mean?” I am hoping for this particular event this means attendees will be privy to new music from Armin van Buuren and Benno de Goeiji‘s GAIA alias. I can think of no better way for the project to re-emerge into the trance scene than at ADE.
In previous interviews with Armin van Buuren, he has described GAIA as an outlet for “more creative freedom” to go more “underground, more into that Tech sound”, a chance to explore his dark side. I definitely got a feel for those dark side vibes after seeing them at EDC Las Vegas 2016 and Dreamstate SoCal 2017. While Armin van Buuren has not put out the most “pure” trance records under his name this year, I am hoping GAIA makes up for this with a journey to the “Moons of Jupiter”.
Tickets sold out quickly for this event so if you are planning on going now, you might find tickets on Viagogo, the European equivalent of StubHub.
