In honor of #TranceGiving, aka Dreamstate SoCal 2016, we want attendees to have the opportunity to get to know the talent who will be our “Trancegiving Tour Guides”. Each week, we will feature bio’s of four Dreamstate DJ’s as well as a set from one of their latest events or some recent releases so you can get to know them better. Sixth in our series is… Stadium4!
STADIUM4 (Andy Moor and Lange):
Andy Moor and Lange are two beloved artists in the trance community in their own right, coming together to form one of the more recent b2b duos, Stadium4. Their name was taken from the 2009 collaboration between the two artists titled “Stadium Four”, that was met with massive support from both fans and artists alike. Playing a b2b set at POPNYE in 2013, the amount of fun that they had led to them wanting to take the project further. Not planning on stopping their solo acts either, the duo spent time apart before really coming together to develop the Stadium4 brand. After the development phase, and a year of unofficial b2b sets, they came together to debut Stadium4 for the first time at Ministry of Sound in London on March 20th of 2015. Intending on developing a more “epic” trance sound, the push is being made to something akin to festival styled tracks and sets, while staying cheese free. Don’t think that is possible? Let’s take a look at these two trance artists that hail from the United Kingdom that make up Stadium4. Andy Moor is a classically trained musician who broke onto the electronic music scene all the way back in 1999. Pushing out a progressive sound and rarely talking during his shows or sets, has led him to grow a cult following over the years. The founder of AVA Recordings, he intends on releasing melodic electronic music with label, regardless of genre. You can catch his podcast and radio show ‘Moor Music‘ on SiriusXM and Digital Imported on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month. Lange is also no stranger to success in the trance scene, also beginning his career in the late nineties. Founder of his own imprint, Lange Recordings, he has continually released music over the years that have brought vocal trance fans to bliss. Having numerous releases, both mainstream and not, reach success he is also no stranger to the club scene and regularly tours throughout the world.
