The month of March is here, and the countdown is officially on for Ultra Music Festival since Ultranauts are now less than 30 days away from the festival. Pretty soon, fans from all over the world will be flocking to Downtown Miami’s Bayfront Park for the coveted event taking place March 25-27 for a weekend full of nothing short but spectacular.
Those heading to the festival are in for a treat as major names like Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Alesso, Tiesto, Seven Lions, Zeds Dead, and Illenium are set to take the stage. Having performed at events worldwide like HARD Summer, EDC Las Vegas, and Tomorrowland, fans love flocking to his sets and vibing along to some tech and groovy house beats. Dom Dolla has certainly made a name for himself in the community, often performing alongside producers like Sonny Fodera and receiving support from Chris Lake and Justin Martin. A staple in the bass music scene and often playing alongside Excision, Space Laces has shown that he’s here to “dominate” the competition. He has been in the scene for over ten years and continues to impress bass lovers with his gargantuan sounds. 2016 saw his renowned collaboration with Excision “Throwin’ Elbows” that catapulted him to the forefront of one of bass music’s largest fanbases.
Dropping plenty of singles, EPs, and mixes since, his most recent has been the High Vaultage EP incorporating fresh and largely unexplored sounds by the bass music DJ into the realms of electro house and trap. His set on Saturday as a part of the GUD VIBRATIONS stage takeover is sure to be infused with a variety of genres to get you moving, like heavy dubstep with emotion-fueled basslines as well as fist-pumping bass house.

Charting his path in the techno world, German producer Boris Brejcha has become known for his “high-tech minimal” style, mixing elements of minimal techno with electro and a touch of melodic notes for a satisfying experience. Notable releases include albums like My Name Is and Space Driver, which further set him up for success in the scene.
On Friday, Boris Brejcha makes his Ultra debut with an impressive three-hour set at Resistance Cove while donning his jester mask. Make sure to swing by his set for a dose of minimal techno and moving basslines set to take you on a musical journey. His label, FCKNG SERIOUS, will also be hosting the stage for the entire day for the imprint’s first-ever stage takeover in America.

With classics like “Concrete Angel,” “Exposure,” and “Sanctuary,” it’s no doubt that you’ll feel euphoric at a Gareth Emery performance. With most of his tracks in the trance realm, he’s also turned to making incredible live shows that pair perfectly with his music, like the awe-inspiring Laserface.

A new era for the Australian drum and bass group Pendulum has recently begun after a decade-long wait for fresh music. Their genre-bending performances mixing hard rock and bass music will surely please enthusiasts of both genres. Led by Rob Swire, this group has been around since 2002 and is still relevant today, having influenced many artists with their live shows.
Pendulum is no stranger to the scene and is also a no-brainer on our list of artists to catch at Ultra Miami. Catch this group as they close out the Live Stage on Friday for an unbelievable experience.
