Armin van Buuren Caps Off His Massive Year with 'A State Of Trance Year Mix 2017'

Armin van Buuren is ending a year full of major moves and milestones with the release of his compilation, A State Of Trance Year Mix 2017!

This year has been a monumental one for legendary artist Armin van Buuren and his label, Armada Music. Reaching milestone events like the 800th edition of A State Of Trance with a festival of epic proportions in tow to the release of The Best Of Armin Only that brought with it its own televised event, it is clear that this has truly been Armin’s year to shine bright. Now, he has capped things off with the release of A State Of Trance Year Mix 2017 to close things out right.

Featuring the top tunes that were played out over the course of the year, the A State of Trance Year Mix 2017 shows off some of the best trance tunes that have been released. The release has a tracklist that is stacked full of 107 tunes that were both hand selected by Armin himself and also voted in by fans of ASOT.

Tracks that can be found on this year’s edition of the year mix range in style and size in the Trance community, giving listeners a full scope of how big of a reach the genre truly has. Notable artists with tunes on the tracklist include everyone from Paul van Dyk to Ilan Bluestone, Solarstone to Above & Beyond, and plenty of love for Ruben de Ronde and Aly & Fila too.

Of course, the compilation wouldn’t be complete with some of Armin’s tunes as well, and even deadmau5’s “Polaris” has made an appearance on the compilation to bring some quality progressive vibes along with it.
