Adam Scott!
Adam Scott:
New York City based DJ, Adam Scott, has always had a love for music. Since 2002, he has done many great things in the music world, from playing guitar in one band, playing drums in another, to becoming a highly recognized electronic musician in the scene today. His start with electronic music was a very unique one in which he eagerly captured an opportunity that played very well in his favor due to his talents. While working at Griffin nightclub in New York, Adam decided that he wanted to learn how to spin. It just so happened that one of his promoter friends unfortunately had a DJ quit on him last minute, and Adam seized the opportunity when his friend let him know the circumstances. The same night that Adam agreed to DJ for the party called G2, he called his friend Chris and said, “I need you to teach me how to play by tomorrow!” It took an hour for Adam to learn the basics of DJing, and after his first show at G2, he was already agreeing to play every Wednesday for the next few months.
After this start, he broadend his horizons and began playing shows around Long Island and eventually in New York City after he got a call from a promoter at Cielo, one of the city’s best nightclubs. Adam was presented with the opportunity to open for the world-famous, Andrew Rayel, for Rayel’s United States debut. He knocked it out of the park that night at Cielo, and it didn’t go unnoticed after Adam sent his recorded set to Dash Berlin. Dash Berlin’s manager contacted Adam stating they wanted him to play before Dash Berlin’s show that was two weeks away.
Since then, Adam has continuously been successful and has played at some huge places like Marquee New York, Echostage, Create Los Angeles, TomorrowWorld, Space Miami, and more. He is specifically requested by many big names in the industry like Paul Van Dyk, Danny Avila, and others.

I’ll have to admit, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I happened to catch Adam Scott at TomorrowWorld last year. I was thoroughly surprised and really enjoyed his set which was full of energy and packed with multiple epic classic tracks that I loved hearing. I can’t wait to see what he has in store for his set at Dreamstate SoCal in November!
