Jamie Jones invites Mata Jones, Alfrenk, and Mikey V to express themselves on his Paradise imprint via the Love EP!

What happens when Italy comes together with the US? You get the EP Love, a banging three-tracker ready for your next night out. To be more specific, Mata Jones and Alfrenk come to us from the Bel Paese while Mikey V hails from the music capital of Los Angeles. As a unit, they’ve landed on Jamie Jones‘ Paradise imprint, but this isn’t the first time the former two have brushed elbows. In fact, Mata Jones and Alfrenk have unleashed a slew of club-friendly beats including but not limited to “Dance With Me” and “We Go Party.”

For me, Paradise is the label of dreams. I’ve always identified with Jamie’s projects and his vision as an artist, both musically and in how he conceives and approaches his DJ sets during his Paradise parties.

Mata Jones

For their debut union with Mikey V, the guys have pulled out all the stops to ensure your feet keep stomping and gliding. The first offering is reserved for just Mata and Mikey who say “Nope!” for now to Alfrenk. This track immediately grabs the attention with sexy guitar riffs and shiny hi-hats while the vocal expressions add an extra pop of attitude.

From here, Mata takes solo control of the title track. Once again, it’s the hi-hat that steals the show, keeping the energy alive while the classic string melody whisks listeners into a colorful time capsule. Once the vocals arrive you’ll be feeling nothing but “Love.”

Alfrenk jumps on in to cap off the listening experience, and what the trio designs is oh “So Serious.” This is the deepest track of the lot, perfect for a dance party tucked away in a lush forest or at the afters with your most faithful friends. Between the heated lyrics and smooth, organic percussion, wrapping your ears around this seductive sound display is an order, not a request. You can thank us later.

Show your Love to the trio and grab your copy of the EP on your favorite music platform. Stream the music on Spotify and let us know what you think about the beats on Twitter!
