Time Warp has become renowned as one of the biggest techno festivals on the planet, with forward-thinking artists and some of the most stunning production elements that can be found in the scene. The first edition of this festival was hosted back in 1995 at Maimarkthalle in Mannheim, Germany, and they have since trotted the globe with editions in the US and South America. Now, as Time Warp begins their approach to the monumental 30th anniversary, they’ve returned their focus to their home in Mannheim – and after a four-year absence, they will land once again on April 1.
Riding the wave of success from their recent fall edition and another stunner in New York City, Time Warp is gearing up for another experience at Maimarkthalle that is sure to be filled with booming beats and jaw-dropping production. This unforgettable reunion is sure to be an emotional one for techno lovers who flock to Mannheim to soak in the subterranean sounds, and true to form, the festival will feature some of the biggest names in the scene.
Major movers and shakers like Adam Beyer, Charlotte De Witte, Joseph Capriati, Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Boris Brejcha, Sven Vath, Nina Kraviz, Maceo Plex, Amelie Lens, and Jamie Jones are all set to play Time Warp when it returns on April 1. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, as other artists ranging from I Hate Models and Dixon to Luigi Madonna and Paula Temple will surely be throwing down some pure techno heat as well.
