This Never Happened label boss Lane 8 welcomes in the fall months in the best way he knows how – by spinning up a fresh mixtape for fans.

It isn’t really the start of a new season unless Lane 8 is kicking it off with a fresh addition to his mixtape series. For years, these lengthy rides into melodic soundscapes have trumpeted the new months ahead as the melodic maestro curated tracks from some of his favorite artists, others from This Never Happened, and of course, a flurry of IDs as well. Today, Lane 8 carried on with that tradition by delivering the Fall 2022 Mixtape for his global fanbase to bask in.

Lane 8 kicked off the year by releasing his latest album, Reviver, and trotting across North America on the album’s tour, which continues this month and well into the fall season, while playing a number of festivals along the way. Since then, he’s delivered tracks like “No Fun” with Rae Morris and “Grapevine” with Elderbrook while gifting fans with his annual spring and summer mixtapes as well. Much akin to those two recent additions to the series, the fall mixtape builds on its legacy with a number of stunning tunes.

The Fall 2022 Mixtape begins with a whopping four IDs back-to-back before Hunter/Game‘s “Beyond A Dream” enters the fray. From there, Lane 8 layers in tunes from artists like Rinzen, RONA, BLR, Victor Ruiz, Nourey, Innellea, and more across its 48-track runtime. Eight more IDs permeate the tracklist, along with other tunes such as a remaster of The Pump Panell’s theme song for Blade, Spencer Brown’s beloved remix of Kx5‘s “Escape,” and Yotto’s downtempo track “Lone Machine.”

Lane 8’s Fall 2022 Mixtape is out now on SoundCloud. Take a listen, check out the tracklist below, and let us know which tunes you can’t get enough of in the comments!
