OCULA returns to This Never Happened with the good news of his forthcoming, debut album Crossroad and the release of its lead single.
There is seemingly nothing in the way of OCULA as he continues on his rise through the ranks of the scene. He’s truly come into his own over the past few years with impressive tunes on labels like Colorize and Anjunadeep, while also turning heads with his releases on This Never Happened. This year will mark another major milestone in OCULA’s career as well with the recent news that he’s set to drop his debut album, Crossroad, on the Lane 8-led imprint this coming April.
The upcoming release of Crossroad is exciting for fans of this talented DJ and producer as he unveiled the full tracklist for the album that will include “Havasu Falls,” “To Count On,” and “Mayacamas” among its 12 tunes. A number of collaborators will also appear on this hearty helping of tracks as well with the likes of Blonde Maze, Richard Walters, Tailor, MAVICA, and Crooked Bangs joining in on the fun.
While the release of Crossroad still looms on the horizon, OCULA further built on that hype by dropping the lead single, “Green Willow.” This track sees the UK-based artist offer a melodic soundscape that will sweep listeners off their feet and whisk them away to a warm, comforting place, while the vocals from Phillip LaRue add an extra layer of emotion is sure to have everyone yearning for more.
