Now, with editions that have touched down everywhere from their home base in SoCal to Australia and even London, they have a new destination for trance family members to explore. Today, they’ve announced that Dreamstate Vancouver is a go, marking the first time the brand has touched down in Canada for a standalone event.

Set to take place at the Harbour Convention Centre in Vancouver on April 12 – 13, Dreamstate Vancouver is the latest addition to the lineup of epic experiences that Insomniac offers their fans around the globe. This edition of Dreamstate will be extra sweet for the dedicated Trance Family members in Vancouver and Seattle who regularly make trips to experience the editions in San Francisco and SoCal, as this event will be hosted right in their backyard.

While the lineup is yet to be announced, Insomniac has teased that there will be over 25 artists across two stages. Other editions of Dreamstate have featured top names like Paul Van Dyk and Armin van Buuren along with other quality artists and rising stars ranging from Vini Vici and Bryan Kearney to Khromata and Triceradrops, so stay tuned to see who will be taking the stage in Vancouver!

As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment.
