The wait for new music from NERO is finally over as they’ve released a new tune dubbed “Lullaby” for your listening pleasure!
A serious buzz began to grow in the electronic music and gaming scenes alike with the announcement that Astralwerks was teaming up with Twitch gaming megastar Ninja to bring the two worlds together to create a massive gaming soundtrack. After the release of three tracks last week from Alesso, 3LAU, and Tycho that gave fans a first taste of what was in store on Ninjawerks Volume 1, today a fresh tune from NERO has been added to the mix with the release of official release of “Lullaby”!
If you’ve caught a NERO show over the past year at clubs like Academy LA or Beta in Denver then there’s a good chance you heard this tune get played out as it was interlaced into their sets. Now, we’ve got a positive ID with the official release of “Lullaby”, which marks the first new music from NERO since the release of their collaborative track with ZHU, “Dreams” back in 2017.

Since the release of their latest studio album Between II Worlds, the lives of NERO’s members have been filled with stunning sets and exploring different styles with some side projects.
Bringing their signature live sets to the stage at festivals like Ultra Miami and clubs like Exchange LA, Alana took a step back after announcing her pregnancy in June of 2017. That didn’t stop Joe and Dan to continue to bring the heat though, as they blew crowds away at events ranging from Lost Lands and Electric Forest to Escape: Psycho Circus and Resolution.
In 2017 Joseph Ray announced that he would be joining other artists like Amtrac, MK, and MELI to form Pretty Pretty. Dan Stephens and Alana Watson also took to the studio and released new music under their alias The Night on Monstercat back in March of this year. Now, they’re all back together with a new NERO release and we couldn’t be more excited to see what is in store for the future!
