Florian Picasso releases an amazing new house track with “Glitch”!
Progressive house DJ Florian Picasso, great-grandson to the illustrious painter Pablo Picasso, brings house fans a beautiful new track. Released on Nicky Romero’s Protocol Recordings, “Glitch” takes us on a musical journey that includes an artful blend of intriguing bassline with some exciting twists along the way.
This track will have people on the dancefloor moving whether it be a club show or big room performance. Florian has played some large festivals including Ultra Music Festival and Tomorrowland, and it is just a matter of time before this tune is laid down for a huge audience. Get your dancing shoes on people, this track is calling your name! – Bill

WAVEDASH drops new banger “BSTRD” (feat. QUEST) on Gud Vibrations.
NGHTMRE and Slander’s Gud Vibrations has released their second track from WAVEDASH. Much like the initial release, “Deathwish”, “BSTRD” has furry, pounding bass and a gritty overall feel. One of my favorite elements of this track is the way it begins and then transitions. The mood of this piece changes a few times as we progress into the track giving some nice contrast.
Austin trio WAVEDASH is already bringing us hard-hitting festival-ready tracks with two new releases that would play well for any bass-centric crowd. I’m excited to hear what will come next for these young, prodigious producers. Crank up this tune, and let the bass wash over you! – Bill

Marco V delivers the power soaked “Symphony V”.
Are you ready to be blown clear out of your socks? Well, Marco V has come with the fire once again (as if we would even question his abilities) with his debut offering on High Contrast Recordings. If you are a fan of weightless melodies and pulse-pounding basslines that inspire you to leave everything on the dance floor, then “Symphony V” is the track for you!
An incredibly infectious tune with hints of classic splendor bonded with new age character, “Symphony V” has arrived to bring us into the winter months with an uproarious bang. As if it was meticulously crafted for the big speakers, Marco V has dug deep into his bag of tricks, ensuring that your auditory experience leaves you breathless among a billowing cloud of euphoria! – Maria

Illenium and Call Me Karizma show we’re not alone with “God Damnit”!
In a world of constant stimulation fueled by social media and one-ups, “God Damnit” strips away the noise of life and shows we are all human. Earlier this year, Illenium opened up about his struggles with addiction and shared his experience with fans. “God Damnit” is a beautiful track with lyrics that tiptoe between self-doubt and acceptance accompanied by a melodic beat and a dose of bass. I think it’s important for artists to explore all realms of emotion when creating songs, and Illenium and Call Me Karizma hit a home run with “God Damnit”.
The combination of Illenium’s chord structure and Karizma’s soft Owl City-like vocals create a heavily emotional ballad. I think the scene needs more songs like this because it lets listeners know they are not alone in their sometimes destructive inner monologues. If a song can help someone overcome challenges in their life, it’s a success, and I know “God Damnit” will resonate with people across the globe. – Zach

S3RL Wraps up the MTC story with “Silicone Girl”!
When S3RL announced that 2018 would be his final year of touring, fans were devastated and some even thought S3RL would be closing up shop for good. However, his actions have been the exact opposite as the prolific producer has been dropping a continuous stream of new music all year! From “Through the Years” to “Planet Rave” and “What is a DJ” to the “Scary Movie” themed track and more, S3RL is allaying fans fears and showing them that he still plans on releasing quality tracks.
The latest song in his flurry of releases is sure to be near and dear to any S3RL fan’s heart. In 2012, “MTC,” one of the most beloved of his tracks was released. Through the years S3RL has dropped numerous tracks that fit in the MTC theme and the release of “Silicone Girl” ushers in the end of the MTC series. It even includes bits of the original track after lyricist Nikolette mentions MTC. The track may be interpreted as an evolution of sorts as our main character has moved on from MTC and is now able to afford the company of a silicone girl.
For those that need more insight into what that may mean, just listen closely to the lyrics, “I am the silicone girl/I was made to be with you/I am the silicone girl/There’s nothing I would never do.” Definitely check out the video to get a better understanding of the song and the fully customizable options of the “Silicone Girl”. -Abisola

Ravell and LondonBridge tag team on new track “Before I Go”!
If you’ve been patiently waiting for an uplifting, gospel house tune hit your eardrums then you’ll most definitely be excited to hear the latest offering from Ravell and LondonBridge. Dubbed “Before I Go”, this melodic tune is an absolute stomper that evokes memories of that signature vocal-driven house style that we all know and love. Both Ravell and LondonBridge have been churning out some amazing tracks lately and this one sees the two come together for a memorable tune that will surely get played out in nightclubs near and far.
Featured throughout the track are the soulful vocals from Kaleena Zanders, who brings some extra vibrancy with her powerful voice. This dynamic vocalist truly stands out on “Before I Go”, and I personally fell in love with her commanding style that teleported me back to a different era of house music. Strap yourself in and take a listen, because this tune is one that you’ll want to be hitting that repeat button on! -Grant
