Chicane might be working on his next studio album right now, but until then he has given us some new music to groove to with fresh track, “How Does Your House Work”!
Nicholas Bracegirdle, aka Chicane, is one of the most prolific producers, composers and hit makers born out of nineties club culture and the trance music scene. Throughout his illustrious, twenty-year-long career, Chicane has become nothing short of a true living legend. His near-ancient, highly acclaimed classics that include “Offshore’ in 1996, “Saltwater” in 1999 and “Don’t Give Up” feat. Bryan Adams in 2000, dominated charts across the globe and have remained a staple in dance music to this day. The list of memorable Chicane productions goes on and on and with the official release of “How Does Your House Work”, Chicane tacks on another potential hit to his already phenomenal track record.
Co-written by Spanish-born songwriter, DJ and fashion blogger Barbarella, “How Does Your House Work” finds its home on Chicane’s own label, Modena Records under the behemoth Armada umbrella. Already the track has found its way into the hearts of many and has even earned some major head nods as it has captured the support from Danny Dove and Après who took to the studio to create their own unique twist on the original.

But, it is no surprise that “How Does Your House Work” is already making waves as it comes packed full of catchy lyrics, Ibiza-flavored vibes, and a funky house beat that makes it impossible to keep your feet from moving and grooving. The marriage of up beat piano chords and a thumping bassline blend together seamlessly to give birth to one exceptional release when paired with the feel-good atmosphere of the record. It has the classic Chicane feel to it and is sure to leave his loyal fan base more than satisfied!

Girls and guys get ready for some seriously cheeky eye candy as the music video for “How Does Your House Work” features a handful of gorgeous men and one adorably vivacious lady strutting their stuff adorned in house work attire for what seems to be a very creative photo shoot! Did they clean the house when they were done? Who cares!! When you have sexy men and women dancing around, everything else just seems a little less important!
I always get excited when a new dance music video drops because, let’s be honest, the dance music industry has a way of letting creativity run like wildfire when coming up with music video story lines and for “How Does Your House Work”, the creative vision could not have been pulled off any better! I can’t wait to see what Chicane delivers next and from the looks of it, his next studio album will surely be his best one yet!
