Das Energi Festival 2016 Pre-Party:

Gorgon City is playing the Das Energi pre-party at Sky SLC this year! You can purchase tickets here. Or, if you’re already heading to Das Energi, you get in free with your 2-Day Ticket/Wristband. Didn’t get a chance to exchange your ticket for a Wristband at the Pop-Up Shop? You can do that at the pre-party as well! Be sure not to miss these UK Garage legends start the party weekend off right!

Das Energi Festival 2016 Set Times:

Plan your night out. The event is taking place from 5PM to 2AM both Friday and Saturday. I generally try not to keep a rigid schedule, I generally pick 2-3 artists that are a “MUST SEE” and then just let the flow of the night take it from there. Make sure to leave adequate room to take bathroom and water breaks, and meet up with your friends also attending the event.

Mind Your Belongings

Unfortunately, many people have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses and other valuables during this festival season. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, there are opportunistic people who come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting party goers and it’s important to be mindful of your valuables while at Das Energi.

Pay attention to who’s around you and what’s going on around you. Keep your wallet and phone in your front pocket(s) if you can. Treat your phone the same way you would treat cash; don’t set it down on a table or bar and look away. If a friend isn’t standing behind you in a crowd, be careful of your backpack or purse, and don’t put valuables in a pocket that could easily be unzipped by someone behind in a crowded spot without you realizing.

**EDIT: We received word that they do sell e-juice and small e-cigarettes inside the venue.

Totem Guidelines:

Maximum height is 7′.
Totems must be made from a lightweight material (e.g., foam, PVC / no solid metal).
Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security.
Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
Any item deemed dangerous will not be allowed.
