Eptic Releases 'Flesh & Blood' EP Ahead of 2019 Tour

With one of the most unique sounds in the bass music scene, Eptic is back with a five-track EP that includes a collaboration with Dillon Francis.

Few artists in dubstep have a more recognizable sound than Belgian producer Eptic. A true visionary that coordinates all of the art and visuals for his project, he is known for consistently delivering groundbreaking EPs for several years on Skism’s Never Say Die imprint.

After releasing Afterlife last year, Eptic has now returned with another impressive collection of tracks to listen to. Flesh & Blood, his latest EP that’s out now on Monstercat, features Dillon Francis and includes a variety of influences from dubstep, moombah, and midtempo across its five tracks.

Additionally, Eptic will also be heading out on the Flesh & Blood Tour this fall to close out the year strongly. Kicking off on October 11 in Dallas, he’ll make stops in cities like Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, and Phoenix before closing things out in Victoria, BC in December. TYNAN will be joining him as support on the tour as well to bring some extra energy to the mix.

The EP starts with “Power”, a high energy track that showcases Eptic’s familiar dubstep sounds and style.

On “Power,” Eptic impresses with his creativity and takes the familiar sounds we know and love and builds a fresh track around them. After the lead track, “Violence” takes us on a midtempo journey before “Beyond The Stars” brings us through a 150 BPM dubstep galaxy.

Next comes “Let It Go“, a collaboration with Dillon Francis. Previously released as a single, “Let It Go” is an epic moombahton style tune that features an awesome combination of Dillon’s old school moombah influence and Eptic’s dubstep sound. “Undefeated”, which once again returns to a savage dubstep style, closes out the EP with a bang.

Flesh & Blood continues Eptic’s reign as one of the brightest stars in the bass music scene.

What’s especially impressive on Flesh & Blood is his ability to venture into other genres. Eptic’s style of bass music has always shined as something different and refreshing, and he once again blows us away with a variety of tracks all done in his signature style.
