Firefly Music Festival returns to The Woodlands this September with Billie Eilish, The Killers Tame Impala, Chris Lake, Lizzo, REZZ, and more.

Since its inception in 2012, Firefly Music Festival has been known for its well-rounded lineups and its mystical location in The Woodlands of Dover, Delaware. Now, after being forced to cancel the 2020 edition due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the beloved festival is set to make its grand return on September 23-26 with a lineup you simply won’t want to miss.

True to form, the lineup for the 2021 edition of Firefly doesn’t stray from the blueprint and offers up some of the music scene’s top-tier artists to headline the show. Billie Eilish tops the bill on Thursday, The Killers land on Friday, Tame Impala is set to cause a stir on Saturday, and Lizzo will close the festival down on Sunday – but those artists are just a taste because the undercard is filled to the brim as well.

Firefly Music Festival will feature a laundry list of other talented artists including the likes of Glass Animals, Portugal. The Man, Khruangbin, Taking Back Sunday, Megan Thee Stallion, Wiz Khalifa, and Nelly. While standouts from the dance music side of the spectrum range from Chris Lake and Duke Dumont to Madeon and REZZ, and you’ll definitely want to catch Sofi Tukker, Slander, GG MAGREE and Mija, and CloZee as well.

Aside from musical acts, Firefly Music Festival also features food and drink attractions, a Pride parade, roller rink, beach club, and silent disco. And those looking to truly immerse themselves in all the festival has to offer should look into their vast array of camping and glamping options that will place you right in the heart of the experience itself.

Tickets, shuttles, and camping passes for this woodsy getaway pre-sale beginning this Friday, May 14 at 10am ET on their website. All remaining options will then go on sale for the general public on Monday, May 17 at 10am ET.

Emily Leonard is a 2020 Indiana University graduate, a music connoisseur, and a self-proclaimed chef. EDM found its way into her life in 2011 when her friends introduced her to Nero, Skrillex, Benny Benassi, and Adventure Club. It wasn’t until her first event in 2017 that she found a love for live dance music; since then she has attended Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, Okeechobee, Lollapalooza, Forecastle, and tons of local events in Indianapolis. Her artist loyalty remains to Odesza but some other acts she won’t miss are LSDream, Dr. Fresch, GRiZ, Gramatik, and Zed’s Dead. You can catch her in Denver hiking trails and tailgating for shows at Red Rocks.
