Tiësto, Disco Lines, T-Pain, Irie, Myles O’Neal, and DJ Diesel himself are set to play Shaq’s Fun House in San Francisco on February 6.
Ravers tend to be skeptical whenever a celebrity enters the scene, but ever since breaking into dubstep in 2015, Shaquille O’Neal aka DJ Diesel has proven to be a man of the people. From supporting up-and-coming producers to curating events designed with the attendee in mind, he has earned genuine respect within the EDM community. Now, Shaq is bringing his Super Bowl pre-party rave, Shaq’s Fun House Presented by Credit One Bank, to the Cow Palace in San Francisco on Friday, February 6.
Part circus, part festival, Shaq’s Fun House takes the fun from both and doubles it in one immersive, music-forward carnival experience featuring circus performers, carnival rides, fair-inspired bites, and high-caliber musical performances. Since the inaugural edition in 2018, the event brand has traveled around the country to bring the experience to each Super Bowl city, serving as the unofficial kickoff event for ravers to the biggest sporting event in the US.
Shaq’s Fun House has boasted a strong lineup each year, and this edition is no exception. Shaq is performing under his dubstep alias DJ Diesel, while hip-hop legend T-Pain will also be playing a set, the latter’s name starting to appear across EDM lineups after he made his dubstep debut at Lost Lands this past September. The house crowd is also in for a treat as they’ll get to jam out to Tiësto’s and Disco Lines’ festival-ready anthems, Myles O’Neal’s groovy, tech-house beats, and Irie’s high-energy, crowd-pleasing mixes.
Tickets start at $249.99 with no hidden fees, and in classic man of the people fashion, Shaq has included a six-hour open bar with admission to the event. Tickets are on sale now and are expected to sell out, so scoop them up early and join the fun.
