Dreamscapes by Eli & Fur arrives this fall, but fans can wrap their ears around its first single as the duo prepares for three special events!
Eli & Fur fans are still smashing repeat on Found In The Wild, and they’ll soon have another full-length album to toss into their playlist. The duo calls it Dreamscapes, an ode to nightlife “about the beauty of all corners of the night, dawn to dusk and the flashes in between.”
Today, Eli & Fur offered a small glimpse into the story with “Golden Eyes and Tears.” This production is just one of 15 tracks set to arrive on [PIAS] Électronique on September 27.
The UK-based beat-makers noted that “Golden Eyes and Tears” is a love song for the thoughtful early mornings. Looking out the window in the taxi on your way home, or just winding down, running through the night in your head.” Their one wish is that “You all enjoy this track in those quieter hours.” This sentiment runs deep in the single’s gentle soundscape, featuring soothing vocals, breathy guitar plucks, and organic percussion.
With the road to Dreamscapes officially underway, Eli & Fur is preparing for three game-changing live shows. Reminiscent of their no-crowd/on-screen masterpieces — Found In The Wild: Live and Cercle at Skyway, Monte Bianco — this go-round opens up the dancefloor for fan participation. So get your dancing shoes over to The Fonda in LA on October 12, Brooklyn Steel in NYC on October 19, and Village Underground in London on November 16.
