Taking the scene by storm over the last few years, IMANU broke through after making his b2b appearance with Buunshin at Porter Robinson‘s digital festival, Secret Sky. After that, he buckled down during the pandemic and honed his craft to deliver his debut album, Unfold. The powerful “Aching (On A High)” with lia is the perfect intro track to the EP. Emotional vocals over a brooding and dark beat are IMANU’s specialty, and he knocked it out of the park once again. A collaboration with Zeds Dead and KUCKA, “Rush” brings listeners a feel-good house beat. There is plenty of opportunity for gleeful movement within this track’s runtime.
