Rising phenom Aaron Hibell returns with a livestream from Iceland that features all new edits, remixes, and unreleased music.
Aaron Hibell is experiencing a remarkable year. The past few months have seen him unveil the livestream of his inaugural live performance held at Bootshaus and release “Ghost.” Now, he’s teamed up with Selected Sessions for a new livestream recorded in Iceland. Before the stream’s release, Hibell took to Instagram Live to provide a preview of the forthcoming set. He played a few tracks that would be featured during the performance and shared clips to generate excitement among his devoted fans. In addition, he demonstrated his creative process by producing captivating melodies live, allowing viewers to witness the artistry behind his soundscapes.
Performing in front of an iconic church in Iceland’s capital city, Reykjavik, Aaron Hibell took his listeners on a journey, granting them a glimpse into the music he has been crafting behind closed doors. During the hour and fifteen-minute journey, he treats us to a crafted selection of tracks out of his own studio, except for only two pieces, such as Charlotte De Witte‘s “Universal Consciousness” and Trym‘s “Sparking System.”
He commenced the stream with one of his fan-favorite unreleased tracks, “Midnight Sun,” and concluded it with another untitled piece adorned with exquisite synths. Amidst the selection of showcased tracks, the producer skillfully intertwined numerous unreleased compositions such as “1999,” “SOS,” “Arrival,” and more, alongside his remixes of John Summit‘s “Human” and Diplo and RY X‘s “Your Eyes.”
Aaron Hibell expertly curates a dynamic amalgamation of house, trance, and techno genres with a deft touch, effortlessly weaving them into the fabric of each track featured in his stream from Iceland. Check it out on YouTube and stay tuned for more from this rising star in the scene.
