Indo Warehouse is set to bring immersive South Asian beats to Washington DC, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver, and more this summer.
Indo Warehouse has fostered cross-cultural exchange and appreciation of its unique electronic sounds through its carefully curated events, releases, and collaborations. Label founder Kahani and partner Kunal Merchant‘s dedication to preserving and promoting the South Asian musical heritage while embracing innovation has garnered widespread acclaim and admiration among music fans. In the past year alone, the collective released their debut compilation, Year One, and hosted a series of successful sold-out shows, including a kickoff party for the inaugural edition of South Asian New York Fashion Week (SANYFW) and showcases at the Avant Gardner.
Fresh off their taking their immersive music event to Sound Nightclub in Los Angeles last month, Indo Warehouse has unveiled their biggest tour run to date this summer as they are set to bring their contemporary electronic sounds across North America. The run of shows will kick off at Bazart in Montreal on July 7 before making stops in Washington DC, Portland, San Francisco, New York, Toronto, and Seattle, and culminating in Vancouver on August 26. Their return to New York in this summer tour will see the crew make their special debut at the Brooklyn Mirage on August 6.
As a fast-growing label, Indo Warehouse’s roster of exciting new talents has provided a fresh perspective in pushing the creative boundaries of electronic music. And with an influx of new voices and vibrant energy, the label is poised to become a cultural touchstone, celebrating and elevating the beauty of South Asian culture within the global music landscape.
