Dosem Drives Into 'Digital Futures' with New EP on Anjunadeep

Spanish DJ and producer Dosem makes his way back to Anjunadeep with his latest release, the four-track Digital Futures EP.

If you love the sound of melodic house and techno then there’s no doubt that Dosem is an artist who should be on your radar. This Spanish DJ and producer has explored the deeper side of the subterranean style as well as other genres ranging from electronica to tech house for well over a decade and captivated fans along the way. While his tunes have graced labels including the likes of Truesoul, Houstrike, and Toolroom over the past few years, he’s also become a beloved member of the Anjunadeep family as well.

Since first finding a home on Anjunadeep, Dosem has released a number of stunners such as the All Locations, Stay True, and On Board EPs, as well as his album Dream Decoder and collaboration with Tinlicker on Hypnotised / I Can Feel that left everyone impressed. Now, with the new year in full swing, Dosem has landed a fresh release on the venerated imprint, the Digital Futures EP to entice listeners and take them to a state of melodic bliss.

Out now across all platforms, the Digital Futures EP features four fresh tunes from Dosem that are sure to sweep you off your feet within seconds of pressing play. The title track kicks off this adventure into the melodic realm as the synths and bass energize the mind throughout its runtime. While “Tunnelfast“s name might imply that the second tune would be fast-paced, Dosem opens this leg of the journey with a driving bassline that is chilled out before layering in some acid tones to make this a proper psychedelic ride fit for a darkened warehouse.

As the EP comes to a close, the ever so hypnotic “Think About You” arrives front and center to dominate your senses. From the haunting vocal to the perfectly placed trippy textures, this one stands tall among the four and is sure to ignite dancefloors anywhere it gets played. Then, Dosem says “You Know The Truth” with the final track on the EP. This track changes up the darker vibes found on the previous tunes and replace them with warmer tones and a touch of retro flair, effectively allowing listeners to float back up to the surface while shuffling along the way.
