Dj Zent And Dunk Are Back With Latest EP, 'Uplift'

**Dj Zent and Dunk have collaborated again with a four-track EP, Uplift, that is out for limited release on Beatport and Spotify.**

Frequent collaborators Dj Zent and Dunk are back with their latest EP, Uplift. Out via Zent’s DreambassUK Records, the four-track offering is out for exclusive release on Beatport and Spotify, with wider release slated for January 9, 2026. Focused on thought-provoking drum and bass, this EP also delves into supporting mental health, in line with DreambassUK Records’ ethos. Uplift strives to shift from the dark to the light, moving towards a more uplifting society focused on creativity and music.

The eponymous title track, “Uplift,” is a powerful and philosophical drum and bass track. Full of intense drums, minimal vibes, and provocative vocal samples. Self-reflective and introspective, the track blends dark tech and intense basslines with contemplative themes, showcasing the perfect fusion of Dunk’s minimalism with Dj Zent’s techy precision.

Then we have “Rolling,” a Dunk original released in 2024. It has since been remixed by Dj Zent, who adds his bass production while still maintaining the original’s minimalist integrity. His smooth bass design holds to Dunk’s deep rolling basslines. The two come together fully for a second time on “Medication,” a fast-paced, high-energy drum and bass roller. With its dark, synthesized soundscapes and quick-moving breakbeats, the track has a moody, industrial vibe.

Rounding out the EP is another Dunk original. “Boombap” has a raw feel, typical of his style. It’s fast-paced, with a gritty, sonic atmosphere that highlights his creative process. The perfect closer that ties everything together, just as Dunk and Dj Zent intended.
