Dombresky and Noizu drop their two-track Revival EP on Techne ahead of their Rave Alarm show in Los Angeles this weekend.

After so much time spent sitting at home bored out of our minds and unable to gather to dance the night away, members of the dance music scene are finally experiencing the revival they needed this year. Festivals and tours are back on and rolling strong, and artists have continued to churn out some of their best releases to date to keep everyone moving to the beat. This includes Dombresky and Noizu, two house artists who made a splash prior to the pandemic but have set their sights on even greater heights this year.

Whether you’re a shuffler or simply a house music lover, there is little chance that the sounds of Dombresky and Noizu haven’t graced your speakers in some capacity or another over the past few years. Both artists have dropped some sensational tunes since first breaking onto the scene and their sets have been filled to the brim with energetic beats. This has led these two to take the stage (separately or together) at Day Trip Festival, Lollapalooza, EDC Las Vegas, Goldrush, and more already this year, and they also announced their special Rave Alarm show at the Hollywood Palladium as well.

But ahead of Rave Alarm, which is set to take place on Saturday, November 13, Dombresky and Noizu looked to get everyone’s feet into a frenzy with their new EP, Revival. This two-tracker features “Jack Machine,” which is an absolute bop that brings a solid groove and commanding vocals, that pairs with its title track. “Revival” sees the two artists look to Serbia’s Reblok to turn back the clock to those ’90s warehouse raves with classic house sounds including analog stabs, powerful vocal samples, and a touch of turntablism to make it pop.

Listen to Revival on Spotify or your preferred platform, and make sure to grab tickets to their Rave Revival show at the Hollywood Palladium if you want to catch them behind the decks!

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment. Whether he’s covering it or not, you can expect to find Grant Gilmore attending the next big electronic music event. To find out what’s next on his itinerary, follow him via the social links below.
