Green Matter is Knocking Speakers on New EP

Green Matter isn’t just another rising artist in the dubstep scene – she’s a badass female with a loud and heavy message to say with her sound.

There are so many women in the scene who are making some huge waves and they deserve a bright light shined upon them. Having females at the forefront of the music scene is so important, and not just because of exclusivity. We need leaders that want to make a difference in music and be positive influences to all. One of those is a rising dubstep DJ and producer Green Matter who has quickly made a name for herself and is an artist at the forefront of hard-hitting bass music.

Recently, Green Matter opened up for Bear Grillz at Mission Ballroom in Denver and shook that venue with her sound – and now she’s bringing even more heat with her latest EP, Speakers Knockin’. The three-track EP perfectly highlights exactly what she’s bringing to the scene. It’s filled to the brim with electrifying and heavy, bass-driven rhythms that are sure to have… well… your speakers knocking right along with them.

Speakers Knockin‘ packs a punch from the moment its title track enters your ears. From there the EP explodes with “Like A Bomb” and continues “Going Up” in volume and gut-punching bass. For anyone who’s a fan of that neck-snapping bass that feels like you could break through the floor, do NOT sleep on Green Matter. She has such a knack for sound design and is sure to do massive things in this corner of the heavy dubstep scene.
