Tony Romera lands his latest single on Monstercat, “MS69,” and dropped the news that his album Introspection is due out this year.

If you vibe to the sound of house music then there’s no doubt that Tony Romera is an artist who should be on your radar. This French DJ and producer has been throwing down some absolute heat over the years like the Televizion EP, “I Can’t,” and “Heat Wave” and recently remixed Petit Biscuit’s “Parachute” as well. Now, after being announced on the EDC Las Vegas lineup and delivering “VHS” on Monstercat, he’s returned to the imprint with his latest single “MS69.”

Out now across all platforms, “MS69” features Tony Romera’s signature blend of bass-infused house music that will energize your soul and get your body moving from the moment you press play. The gritty breaks and vocals induce a sense of nostalgia for anyone who has listened to music that dominated the scene back in its earliest days, while the whining synths will immediately transport you into another dimension. Perfect for those playlists to kick-start your weekend with its punchy percussion, “MS69” arrives with the news that Tony Romera will be dropping a full-length album dubbed Introspection via Monstercat as well.

I was feeling heated the day I made “MS69.” It was originally called “UPS FDP,” which translates to me cursing at UPS in French slang because they were late on delivering my new synths. Since I wasn’t able to get them in time, I decided to make a super-aggressive track with my Korg MS-20. I was playing with the filter and it reminded me of one of my favorite records from Daft Punk, “Rollin’ & Scratchin’.” With that in mind, “MS69” was born! This song really defines my darker side. I’ve been impulsive since I was a kid and I think that comes through in this track.”
