Dynamic house duo Black Caviar delivers four fresh tunes that will make your body move on their latest EP, Rivington & Ludlow.

Put on your fresh new kicks because Black Caviar has delivered a fresh helping of energetic tunes that you won’t want to miss out on. Since first beginning their ascent through the ranks of the scene the duo has become acclaimed for tracks like “Coco,” “El Camino,” and “Do The Damn Thing” with Blackway which have seen them gain a global audience. Now, the house maestros have unveiled their latest body of work, the Rivington & Ludlow EP.

Black Caviar previously unveiled three of the four tracks from the EP in the lead-up to its full release, and “Been That Ill” with G.L.A.M. kicks things off in style. This tune is a heater that will cause brain receptors to go into sensory overload, in all the right ways of course. The punchy production elements are packed full in the center of the release to deliver a blast of saturated samples and the layers of ominous lower vocal octaves bring even more to the listening experience.

“Own My Own Masters” arrives next and showcases their passion for hip-hop as the duo delivers a breakbeat that simply can’t be beaten. The track is layered with a kick drum to further exude the ’80s vibes of New York’s urban landscape to help everyone catch the groove. The sharp staccato of sustained chords with subdued snares take the track to the next level and set the party vibe.

The inspiration for this EP came from making music in our home studio in the Lower East Side of NYC. We were working on a few songs that had a gritty hip hop vibe that felt like they worked well together. When hanging around in the neighborhood we would always walk by the corner of Rivington & Ludlow where the Beastie Boys shot their iconic album cover to Paul’s Boutique. We thought it would be fun to give a nod to one of our favorite artists of all time.

Sustaining the momentum is “U Nasty” with UNIIQU3, which is also the most recent single to be unveiled. This track is a club banger through and through and is sure to pronounce its authority over listeners around the world. The fresh beat shows how Black Caviar can blend influences and bend their own style when working with other talented artists to create something truly remarkable. Then, Black Caviar finishes listeners off with “Thicc” to bring everyone to a full sweat. The track lays down harmonious tones and a deep chord progression, yet the bass pulls you back in to pump out that final stretch and push you to the end.
