Will you be grooving away with Claude VonStroke, Luttrell, Kyle Watson, J. Worra, and more during the Day Trip Labor Day Weekend Livestream?

Even though we might not be able to dance the day away at pool parties, clubs, and festivals this summer, the digital realm has been loaded with impressive showcases to groove out to from the comfort of your own rave cave. Insomniac has been one of the driving forces behind these livestream events with some of the world’s top artists broadcasting on their channels across Twitch, YouTube, and more, and now they’re heating things up with the Day Trip Labor Day Weekend Livestream!

Hosted on September 4 – 5 by Insomniac’s Founder and CEO Pasquale Rotella, the Labor Day Weekend livestream showcase will feature a bevy of top-tier talent for fans to feast their ears on from 2pm to 8pm PDT. Filmed on the patio of Academy LA, it will transport you back to a time before social distancing was a thing to provide the perfect soundtrack for lounging by your pool or grooving out on your makeshift dancefloor.

Saturday is set to kick the festivities off in style with a flurry of tech house beats from artists like Adam Auburn, Kyle Watson, OMNOM, and Gene Farris taking the stage before Claude VonStroke closes out the night. Then, on the second day, Day Trip will be turning up the heat with special sets from artists like Justin Jay, OFFAIAH, Sacha Robotti, and Eli Brown. And Anjunafamily members should take notice as well with performances from Moon Boots, Luttrell, and Spencer Brown b2b Qrion that are sure to be ones not to miss.

Follow Day Trip on Twitter and RSVP to the event on Facebook for the latest updates. And don’t forget to make sure you’re following Insomniac Events on YouTube and Twitch so you can get a reminder the moment the streams go live!

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment. Whether he’s covering it or not, you can expect to find Grant Gilmore attending the next big electronic music event. To find out what’s next on his itinerary, follow him via the social links below.
