Melodic artist Yotto has announced his own label, Odd One Out, along with a new track dubbed “Shifter” and dates for his fall tour!

One of the artists who continues to keep listeners stuck in a state of pure electronic bliss is none other than Yotto. Over the years, the Finnish artist has made a name for himself with powerful releases like Hyperfall on Anjunadeep, while also concocting sets that are simply irresistible. Now, he has his sights on dominating the soundscape with a new imprint of his own dubbed Odd One Out.

Dedicated to the unique, quirky style that Yotto brings to the table, the new label will allow him to flex his creative muscle and explore deeper sounds than ever before. Along with the news of Odd One Out comes its debut single “Shifter” that is the first of a four-part series that will highlight his melodic techno sound. If this tune is an indication of what’s yet to come, we’re excited to see what he has in the pipeline for the rest of the year and beyond.

Paired with the news of his new imprint, Yotto has announced that he’ll be embarking on the Odd One Out Tour this fall. Kicking off in Australia in September, he’ll then make his way back to North America with dates in San Diego, Vancouver, Minneapolis, and more before the final show in Los Angeles this December. More dates are yet to be announced, tickets go on sale July 26 at 10am local time via his website!

Take a listen to “Shifter” on Spotify below, stream the song on your favorite platform, and read on for some insight on the new label and dates for the upcoming tour!

“I strongly believe that nobody could do a worse job running a record label than me. To make sure I stay ahead of the competition in terms of idiocy and surreal zookeeping, I present Odd One Out – an amalgamation of galactic chase scene soundtracks and sunshine-inspired techno blues. We are all odd ones out there – this music is for the outsiders.”
