Score one for the ladies as ZOYA, the singer/songwriter turned electronic dance music recording artist and DJ stretches her creative legs to deliver an emotionally inspired end of summer chill down with “In My Mind”!

It seems as if ZOYA has always had a deep longing to surround her life with music, setting out on a beautiful journey that would culminate in the establishment of quite the colorful and multidimensional career. Her journey has been full of lyrical expression and forward-thinking dance music production.

Come October, the multi-talented artist will release the next dance music delicacy from her repertoire, and it is a treat that fans may not have been expecting. An avid fan and an artist who often expresses herself through the sounds of trance, she has decided, for this release, to take a different route.

“In My Mind”, set for release on Vox Records, resonates with heartfelt lyrics that balance beautifully with a bit of pop house flair. With an intimate look, we dive into the very real story of a tumultuous love; a relationship experience that stirs up the thoughts, feelings, and doubts that run through the mind during and long after a relationship comes to a close. As the lyricist, ZOYA has taken this struggle and run with it, partnering the lyrics with a relaxed vibe that balances thought with an uplifting and playful rhythm. As a woman in an insanely competitive scene, ZOYA has established herself as an indispensable creative artist adorned with multiple layers.

ZOYA comes to us from her home country of Bulgaria, and from a very young age has had music running fluidly through her veins. As a singer, songwriter, recording artist, and DJ, there seems to be nothing that this incredibly talented artist hasn’t done. Early on, she studied opera and piano, opening her up to a world where she could eventually take on the world through sound.

Leaving Bulgaria to embark on a Bohemian lifestyle revolving around music, work, and travel, ZOYA would become privy to the musical experience, constantly learning and allowing inspiration to enter her life at every twist and turn. But it was In 2013 that she would fall in love with the electronic dance music scene and knew from that very moment that this was her true life’s calling! Fate would eventually place her at ADE where she presented two songs, offering up her gift of vocal excellence and setting the wheels of success in motion.

Suddenly, collaboration requests came flooding in and soon her very first project with LTN called “Ocean’s Away” was signed by the mammoth label Armada under FSOE Excelsior. Now writing music for both herself and other artists, ZOYA is on the fast track to success, not limiting herself to trance but staying open to the vast world of dance music in all its glory.
