deadmau5 & Shotty Horroh – “Legendary” gets an official release on mau5trap records!
Originally teased last year, the synth heavy hip-hop track “Legendary” by deadmau5 & Shotty Horroh has been released on mau5trap records. It’s the perfect blend of grime, breakbeat and retro synth that showcases deadmau5’s impressive production capabilities.
deadmau5’s production in the track is scaled back to let the vocals shine, which simply adds to its excellence. “Legendary” features verses by Shotty Horroh, a rapper from Manchester, England, who has been in the UK rap game since 2011. He’s known for his multi-syllable patterns, loquacious wordplay, and comedic punchlines.
The track was also featured on the ‘lots of shows in a row’ tour this year, which will be embarking on its second leg in October. “Legendary” is another outstanding release for deadmau5’s label following Rezz’s new album that premiered earlier this month.
