Claude VonStroke
As the owner of the record labels, Dirtybird & Mothership, Claude VonStroke is the purveyor of all that is good and most importantly fun. Between Dirtybird quarterlies, BBQs, and their flagship campout, Dirtybird is having a record year and so is VonStroke. His recent release titled “The Rain Break” is a prime example why everyone is jumping onboard the Dirtybird wagon for its booty-bouncing beats.
Tchami
French producer Tchami has paved the way for the genre of future house producing original tracks that get you off your feet. With the inception of his label CONFESSION, Tchami has been responsible for curating a few of the best releases this year from Malaa, Dombresky, LOGE21, and Mercer. His new collaboration with Malaa is exactly the track you’ve been looking for.
Snails
Get “snailed” at Escape this year with one of dubstep’s heavy hitters Snails. With collaborations with Flux Pavilion, Protohype, LAXX, and Big Gigantic, Snails has garnered the respect of many across the nation. His new track with Pegboard Nerds is no different with its insane drop that would make anyone move.
Duke Dumont
There’s something so smooth about Duke Dumont’s tracks that have made many a devout follower. “Ocean Drive” is a track that exemplifies this with its polished transitions and groovy sound that is easy on the ears. Other tracks to listen to are “I Got U” and “The Giver,” whose YouTube views have hit the millions.
The Chainsmokers
It’s safe to say that The Chainsmokers are having a wildly successful year with the release of their radio “gold” tracks “Closer” and “All We Know.” Their music has both developed and grown greatly since their first mainstream hit “Selfie” and it’s great to see them continue to thrive in the EDM community.
