Masked duo ATLiens is back with “Shelter”, a killer track laced with resounding basslines and extraterrestrial sound design.

When it comes to the perfect infusion of trap and weird bass, ATLiens is at the top of the game. What we can’t help but love about ATLiens is their apparent appreciation for diversity in their sound. Rather than getting caught up in cookie-cutter dubstep or the same deep and glitchy basslines of freeform bass, the duo seemingly changes up their sonic direction with each release. From the crunchy pops of bass in “Contact”, to growling hiccups and static-filled backdrops in their collaboration with EDDIE titled “Closer”, there hasn’t been a single predictable moment in their discography. “Shelter” pairs ATLiens’ signature trap vibes with deep basslines and syncopated clicks, making this the perfect tune to get weird and wobbly to.
