Steve Angello has worked extra hard in the studio these days in preparation for the release of his upcoming album Almost Human on Kobalt later this year. “Rejoice” features not only a jaw dropping bassline but drips from start to finish with a powerful sermon by the mega popular U.S. preacher T.D. Jakes, dubbed by The New York TImes as one of the nation’s most influential and mesmerizing preachers and a man who has impacted Steve’s own life in a significant way. Not to be overshadowed, the second track “Breaking Kind” delivers quite the punch featuring the vocal stylings of Paul Meany, the lead singer and keyboardist for the Grammy-nominated U.S. rock powerhouse, Mutemath.
