Serge Proshe’s MANTRAPEOPLE has evolved from club community to record label, and its discography begins with “Manipura”!
Ukrainian underground melodic, tech, and progressive house producer Serge Proshe has been cultivating his MANTRAPEOPLE community for 13 enlightening years. Today, he takes the vision out of the club and into the studio with an official record label launch.
It all started in the popular Kyiv club called MANTRA. Serge’s personal watering hole attracted a group of beat-seeking people determined to celebrate life, love, and freedom of expression. Their vibrations would align for years to come.
With the success of MANTRA Production came the desire to expand his club reach, so Serge opened the award-winning MANTRA BEACH CLUB in Odessa before bringing the fam to Bali. From now until forevermore, you can catch the crew dancing to the chakra-focused sounds of “Manipura.”
Manipura is described as the third primary chakra, located above the navel and designated for digestion and metabolism. The representative track makes its impact on the physical as well, increasing an energetic response in the cells as the spiritual melody pours into the eardrums. Its standout features include a delicate dance between the string and percussion instruments as well as an alluring chant that whisks stress away.
Just last week, MANTRAPEOPLE celebrated their anniversary in style at Savaya in Bali. As attendees took in the transcendent sights and sounds cliffside, Serge Proshe and a handful of magical music makers, including techno and trance tastemaker Space Motion, ushered in a new era. Now that the label has materialized, it’s time to stay locked in to receive the vibrations your body craves.
