DT8 Project Releases Stunning 'It's Only Us That's Here' EP

British DJ, producer, and composer Darren Tate has made a lasting impact on the electronic music scene over the past few decades. Those listening to trance in the early to mid-00s were able to get swept away by his vocal-driven sounds under the DT8 Project that found a home on his imprint, Mondo Records, while recent years have seen him grace Maelstorm Records, Enhanced Progressive, and Anjunabeats. Darren Tate added even more success to his already illustrious career when teaming up with Above & Beyond to score The Last Glaciers, which was paired with the news of his new project with Jono Grant from that trio, JODA.

While the sounds from JODA continue to permeate the scene, Darren Tate has also made it clear that he isn’t leaving DT8 Project behind by any means. Tracks under the alias arrived throughout 2022, such as “Half Awake” and “Restless.” Now he’s dropped off one of his biggest releases on Mondo Records, a beautiful two-tracker called It’s Only Us That’s Here.
