Lee Burridge is celebrating the tenth birthday of All Day I Dream with his only solo release of the year, the LeeeEP.

If you head to Brooklyn and turn back the clock a decade, that’s where you’ll find Lee Burridge and friends on a rooftop during the first-ever gathering of what would become All Day I Dream. Since then, the brand has become a true global powerhouse – reaching unique locations for its run of hundreds of parties (so far) while the label bolstered its own offerings of serene sounds along the way.

Now, to mark the decade of growth and expansion, Lee Burridge has unveiled his only solo release of the year, LeeeEP. Featuring three new tunes from the All Day I Dream founder, along with a remix from legendary artist Tim Green, each track further builds on the journey of the imprint. Crafted with the ADID mentality in mind, the tunes offer up plenty of imagery that will take you to a warm day spent vibing in the grass with a clear blue sky overhead dotted with clouds.

The LeeeEP isn’t filled with dancefloor bangers that will have you busting a move immediately. Instead, Lee Burridge offers up soundscapes that are more immersive, giving listeners that warm, comforting hug. “Satellite Girl” opens up the collection of tunes with its deeper, yet joyful, sound. Dotted with organic elements, it leads into “Diving Bell” perfectly as Burridge then incorporates vocals and tribal percussion into the story. Tim Green put his spin on “Satellite Girl” next to turn the track into a melodic masterpiece perfect for grooving out to before “A Hymn for Your Dreams” enters into the fray to mark the end of the ride.

“I just remembered I own and have run a little ol’ label called All Day I Dream for about ten years and I realized I’ve never put out a release all on my lonesome. The label has been and still is a place to explore the prettier and, sometimes, the more delicate end of deep house… but always music with a groove. It’s all about the groove man.”
