Okeechobee will be partnering up with HeadCount to bring activism village Participation Row back to the festival for its 2020 edition!
Patrons attending the upcoming edition of Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival will be able to participate in so much more than just music this March. The festival has partnered up with HeadCount, a non-partisan organization that advocates and encourages democratic participation, registers voters and more.
Together, they will bring forth Participation Row, which will be occupied by plentiful non-profit organizations that surround and support the Okeechobee community. Participation Row will be located within OMF’s Chobeewobee Village and is accompanied by live art installations and craft exhibitions, truly putting the “parti” in participation.

If the artistic aspect of it isn’t enough incentive for attendees to play a part in this facet of the festival, there are prizes at stake as well.
Fans that visit four or more non-profits will have the chance to win an OMF D’Angelico guitar – one signed by various musicians on the lineup. Stamps will be issued from each organization once a positive action has been taken, and once four stamps are received, participants will head to the HeadCount booth to be entered in the raffle for the guitar.
In fact, everyone who accumulates four stamps is a winner regardless, because they will be gifted a pair of SAXX Underwear while supplies last. So, participating is essentially a win-win for both you and humanity.
But wait, there’s more! Fans can also take action with HeadCount NOW for a chance to win VIP tickets and camping accommodations to OMF as well as a meet-and-greet with Kaskade. Head over to their website for more details on how to enter!
