DJ Holographic Ties Her Interest in Astrology to Her New Imprint

DJ Holographic will release a track monthly for a year on Through The Veil, each representing a new zodiac sign — “Taurus” is the latest to arrive!

In an industry where everyone seems to be launching their own label these days, DJ Holographic is paving a unique road for Through The Veil. It’ll be used not only as a platform for amazing music but also as a way for her to express her spirituality as she looks for answers in the stars.

“Over the course of a year, I’ve decided to release one song per month, resulting in a collection of twelve emotionally charged songs that resonate with the unique energy of each zodiac sign,” DJ Holographic noted. “Drawing upon my own personal experiences and connections with these signs, I aim to positively impact and rejuvenate their conventional traits within the depths of my own houses and the dark night of the soul,” she concluded.

The journey began last month with the appropriate arrival of “Aries” (the start of the Zodiac year), opening the mind with melodic glimmer and otherworldly undertones. This one matches the energy of the Aries spirit with its confident progression before a set of spinning synths, full of grit, send the club into utter chaos.

This week, DJ Holographic introduced “Taurus.” Taureans may be seen as stubborn, but this is just in response to needing serene, calming environments to ground themselves to the earth. Her latest offering matches their personality, kissing the room with sweet string, piano, and vocal details that dance above a gentle bassline groove.

As fans wait for the next sign to arrive, the Detroit-based beatmaker will be stepping behind the decks tonight at Radio Estrella in Bogota, Colombia. This appearance is part of her Late spring tour that closes on June 9 for the Glitterbox event at Hï Ibiza.
