The fifth edition of Factory 93’s MODULE series gathers rising artists from around the globe to celebrate the sound of house music.

Known for breaking barriers for the underground techno scene, Factory 93 Records has pushed some of the most talented emerging artists to the forefront of the industry. Among others, it has provided a platform for stars like Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, and Solomun.

Through its MODULE compilations, the brand shines a light on key artists behind today’s most influential sounds with a collection of hand-selected tracks. Now, Factory 93 has released the fifth edition of the series that takes listeners on a journey across the essential elements that have brought house music to what it is today.

The collection steps away from its signature techno mixes to highlight the sounds making waves in house music and the global artists behind them.

From the top of the MODULE 5 tracklist, Dutch phenomenon Chelina Manuhutu brings the heat with “A Capo,” reminding us why she’s honed as one of the most exciting artists to emerge from the underground scene. Combined with her signature energy, the minimal tune draws listeners in straight away with a steady loop of hypnotic basslines and distinct sounds that make it hard to stay still.

Multi-talented artist Marbs comes next with “Holding Me,” a groovy tune armed with distant vocals and a pounding kick complementing a unique atmospheric melody. Joining the mix is Spanish star Viviana Casanova, with a tech house groover “Medellín“ that merges vocal snippets and rolling drums against an energized and vibrant sound. The track paints a picture for listeners everywhere and makes it easy to envision the dance floor in a red-hot boiler room.

To tie the knot, US heavy hitters Jeff Sorkowitz and James Wyler team up to deliver “Once Again” for a collaboration we didn’t even know we needed. The duo brings an edgy tune to MODULE 5 that’s dipped in acid house and old school classic techniques for a fresh yet nostalgic heater.

Let’s get to groovin’! Listen to MODULE 5 on Spotify or your preferred platform, and follow Factory 93 for more house and techno releases.
