Lavier has kicked off the New Year by releasing two of his heaviest IDs yet, “END ALL BE ALL” and “FUCK OFF.”

Pittsburgh-based DJ and producer Lavier has been making major moves in the underground bass scene this past year as his honed-in sound began to catch the ears of new fans worldwide. As his project gained momentum in 2023, he released tunes on imprints like WiddFam, Wormhole Music Group, Wubaholics, and More Creativity. Last year also saw Lavier grace our Bass Artist to Watch list, and he went on to play festivals like The Untz, Sound Haven, and Elements Festival in 2023.

This year, Lavier is already set to make a handful of cub appearances this winter with Moody Good, Die By The Sword, and Montycler, and hopefully, his name will begin to appear on festival lineups this spring and summer. He’s also starting off strong with the release of his latest project, END ALL BE ALL // FUCK OFF, two heavy-hitting dubstep tracks that his fans will surely recognize.

While he’s known for creating an array of bass tunes from jazzy downtempo to experimental, “END ALL BE ALL“ and “FUCK OFF” were made for the dancefloor. This EP shows no mercy as some of Lavier’s heaviest dubstep beats. “END ALL BE ALL” kicks off the project and sets the ruthless vibe with a taste of what’s to come. The project only increases in intensity with the wonky yet gutting beat of “FUCK OFF,” which will truly leave bass enthusiasts yelling “fuck off!” just as its name suggests.

I tend to be surgical and reserved in my production, so I tried to change things up and resist the fear of going “too hard” on these tracks and just really let the intensity shine through. From the track titles down to the sludgy nature of the songs, this is a “gun fingers in the air, no fucks given” type of project that I hope will serve as a nice uptick in energy to kick off this year’s Lavier releases.
