Iconic drum and bass duo Chase & Status are heading to North America for a five-night run that will hit Los Angeles, New York, Denver, and more.
Chase & Status have long sat atop the drum and bass scene, but they’ve never rested on their laurels. From standout albums like No More Idols and More Than Alot to their energetic sets that have sent dancefloors into a frenzy, this duo has only continued to win over the hearts of drum and bass lovers around the world. Last year saw Chase & Status return to their rave roots with a fresh album called What Came Before, which helped rev their engines for an even bigger splash in 2023.
This year has seen Chase & Status dominate the scene with stunning tracks like “Disconnect” with Becky Hill and “Liquor & Cigarettes” with Hedex and ArrDee. Yet it was when the duo dropped “Baddadan” with Bou, IRAH, Flowdan, Trigga, and Takura that a massive explosion truly happened. Since then, that single, which found a home on 2 RUFF, Vol. 1, has been rinsed by countless artists in the scene and has crossed genre boundaries along the way. As a testament to its power, “Baddadan” won best track during the Drum&BassArena Awards, with Chase & Status taking home best producer and best live stream set for their Boiler Room performance as well.
Drum and bass lovers in the States will get their chance to catch Chase & Status soon enough, as today, the duo unveiled the dates and cities for their upcoming run of shows. They’ll kick everything off on March 8 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles before heading to New York City, Denver, and Atlanta. Their stop on March 9 is still yet to be announced, so keep your eyes peeled for that news to surface soon.
