Slushii Launches New Imprint with Fresh Collab

Slushii is entering the next phase of his career with the launch of SONICdream and the release of his latest tune with SPIRIT LINK, “I Tried It.”

Ever since Slushii took his first steps in the scene, he’s continued to prove year after year that he’s one of the most forward-thinking artists around. From early releases on labels like Monstercat, Mad Decent, and Bite This! to his more recent dive into the DIM MAK realm and adventures under his other alias, sapientdream, he’s shown off his dynamic soundscapes. Whether he’s producing trap, dubstep, bass house, or drum and bass, Slushii pushes the boundaries of his production talents while adding a dose of vibrancy to the community. Now, he’s opening the doors to a new era.

This exciting chapter for Slushii begins with the launch of his new label, SONICdream, which will be a new home for the beloved artist to release fresh music as he returns to electronic music after exploring hip-hop and other genres. The first taste of the soundscapes that will land on the label arrived right alongside it with his latest track, “I Tried It.” The genre-defying track sees Slushii team up with his friend SPIRIT LINK to create a bass-fueled ride that is filled with vibrant synths, distorted elements, modulated vocals, and a bouncy bassline that will have you jumping around without a care in the world.

I’m so excited to share my new single “I Tried It” with you all. It’s a song about taking risks, following your dreams, and living in the moment. I collaborated with one of my best buds SPIRIT LINK on this track, because we have a perfect musical synergy.
