Drew Dapps Announces Dates for Skate The States Tour

San Diego-based house phenom Drew Dapps is set to Skate The States with a multi-stop tour that will take him to the year’s final days.

Whether he’s ripping some quality house tunes, doing tricks with his tech deck, or skating around town in style, the vibe that Drew Dapps brings with him is infectious at its core. The past few years have seen this San Diego-based artist rise through the ranks of the scene with releases on labels ranging from Taika Records and Street Habitat to Conceptual and Indeep with his deep, minimal house sound in tow. Drew Dapps has also cultivated a faithful following along the way with his performances all over the continent and his Camp Dappington experience at the Afternoon Umbrella Friends‘ Umbrella Weekend festival.

This year has seen Drew Dapps continue his ascent in the scene. Kicking off the year with releases like “Entourage,” “Moon Over Milan,” and “Can’t Tell Me,” he’s been skating his way into the hearts of those who have come to love his hypnotic releases. He’s also taken his talents to new regions of North America with stops in states like Montana while also taking the stage at Elsewhere in New York and throughout San Diego.

Today, he’s taking that passion a step further with his latest tour announcement, Skate The States, which will see him traverse the country from October until the end of the year.

Drew Dapps will kick off the Skate The States tour on October 6 in San Diego before making his way up the West Coast to San Francisco and Los Angeles. Then, he’ll jump over to cities like Austin, Seattle, and St. Petersburg in Florida. Additional stops include a date that’s still TBA in New York and Portland on December 30, but he’s teased that more are on their way as well.
