Super Future and Wreckno have teamed up once again to bring fans a new single, “Bassline,” ahead of the forthcoming Crimson EP.

Super Future has amassed a dedicated following of ‘Super Human’ fans who have been captivated by his vibrant, introspective sound. His performances at prestigious festivals, including Electric Forest, Okeechobee, and Sonic Bloom, have solidified his presence in the scene, and he’s gearing up to support the likes of CloZee, LSDREAM, and Ravenscoon on their upcoming fall tours. But before Super Future sets off for this run of shows, he’s joined forces with Wreckno for a new single, “Bassline.”

These two artists have previously delivered electrifying tracks on the Hypernatural EP in 2020, along with several collaborative mixes. With a shared history, “Bassline” signifies a renewed collaboration between them, setting the stage for Super Future’s forthcoming Crimson EP that’s due out on REZZ’s freshly minted imprint, HypnoVizion.

“Bassline” takes off with a flourish of whimsical synths, harmoniously weaving Super Future’s melodic prowess with Wreckno’s iconic, bass-heavy persona. The song lives up to its name, soaring with exuberant basslines as Wreckno’s vocals confidently proclaim, “I’ve been busy making them go crazy with the bassline.” Before the track delivers its grimy drop that adds a bit of funk into the mix.

“The authority of this bassline stretches across the whole track in a very “experimental bass” way, but also has a feeling reminiscent of an actual distorted bass guitar running through those notes,” Super Future said about the track. “That’s the feeling I wanted to give the main sound – and who better to match that energy with perfect lyricism than our good friend Wreckno?”

As Super Future mentioned, Wreckno’s lyrical prowess acts as the perfect counterpart to the hard-hitting soundscape. This dynamic collaboration is an exhilarating journey from start to finish, solidifying “Bassline” as an enticing addition to the ever-expanding HypnoVizion catalog.

Listen to “Bassline” on Spotify or your preferred platform, catch Super Future on tour this fall, and stay tuned for the Crimson EP to drop on HypnoVizion later this year.
