Boris Brejcha, the beloved carnival-masked “high-tech minimal” producer, has a storied discography. From Die Maschinen Kontrollieren Uns in 2007 to Never Stop Dancing in 2021, he has almost a dozen LPs under his belt. Early next year, fans will be treated to yet another Boris Brejcha masterpiece in the form of Level One, and you get the first taste of what’s to come right now!

To celebrate the incoming release on Boris’ Fckng Serious imprint, he has lifted the curtain on “Vienna” featuring Argentinian actress and singer Malena Narvay. Her knockout vocals meet bright instrumental energy, and a party ensues, shepherding life and light to any dancefloor.

Feast your eyes upon the fantasy-filled “Vienna” music video, filmed in its namesake city. The story captures the emotion of a life-sized Boris-Brejcha wind-up doll as he explores the famous Austrian capital while Malena prances and dances by his side for encouragement. Combined with Boris’ melancholic character traits, her mischievous excitement allows the viewer to cheer him on as he discovers his sentience through music.

In tandem with the release, Boris Brejcha opened up a bit about how the collaboration with Malena Narvay materialized. He noted, “It came about as it often does. Pure coincidence. We found each other on Instagram, exchanged a few messages, and then came the idea to make a song together. Her voice is outstandingly beautiful and fits exactly into the song. It was an extremely beautiful and very uncomplicated collaboration.” We couldn’t agree more.
