Fresh off their headlining performance at Bonnaroo, ODESZA announces their return to Nashville for a stop on their The Last Goodbye Tour.
In 2022, after a hiatus from releasing any new music, and after the pandemic had halted live performances, ODESZA re-entered the scene and began teasing fans with cryptic posts and messages asking, “Is there ever really a last goodbye?” This sent fans in a tizzy wondering if the duo was bidding goodbye or if there was another meaning. In the time since, we’ve come to find out that The Last Goodbye would be their next sonic chapter, marked by an album and massive tour, which kicked off summer of last year. ODESZA was not saying goodbye, but instead was reintroducing themselves.
The album featured dynamic and emotive productions that elevated ODESZA’s already recognizable sound. Samples from all-but-forgotten songs, and collaborations with unexpected artists made The Last Goodbye an impressive addition to their discography. Also known for having incredible live production, ODESZA and their team really stepped it up to bring the album to life on their tour. With breathtaking lighting design, their beloved drum line, and top-tier attention to detail, each performance left fans completely captivated and moved.
The Last Goodbye Tour is continuing on through 2023 with stops throughout North America, including major festivals. Last weekend, ODESZA headlined Bonnaroo, and immediately after announced the newest stop and return to Nashville. Fans in Tennessee can catch ODESZA at the Ascend Amphitheater on Friday, September 15. Joining as support are Foreign Family Collective rising artists QRTR & OLAN, as well as TOKiMONSTA, and Bob Moses. If you haven’t caught The Last Goodbye Tour, we can’t recommend it enough.
